Hi everybody.
Im new in this forum and Im glad to be here.
I've decided to join this forum because I need an advice with a machine.
I've got a Ricoh Aficio 2238, a humble office machine just to print daily things related with budget, quotations...
The problem that I've got is: after ending the cyan bottle, I put a new one in the machine and the machine started with the process of "refilling" the developer unit to start printing again. But, the machine did a long process of refilling... and the machine showed me a message of "empty bottle of cyan, replace it". I opened the right side of the machine, the part that holds the bottles, and yes, the cyan bottle was empty and all the new toner went directly to the recycled toner bottle.
I've bought another new cyan bottle, but it makes the same: the toner goes directly to the recycled bottle. When I noticed it again, I stopped the machine just to save the toner, buy I can't fix it.
I've changed the drum, I've cleaned the developer unit... but nothing. The machine, literally, "eats" the toner.
Any suggestion about how to fix it? anybody had the same problem.
Thanks in advance!
