    Gestetner dsm620 printer problem

    help please i have my aficio 2020 machine and it do have printer two...why is it not working with my dsm 620 gestetner evendow i used a right printer driver ...please help masters ..thanks alot

      Are you 100% sure it as a printer SD card installed just because it has a USB port on the side dosnt always mean it can Print.

          what do you mean master...?is the sd card error or the usb port?

              no sd card = no printer option installed on it

                  If you press the printer option button, does the display change or does it just beep twice?

                  If it beeps twice = no printer option installed.
                  Press the GREEN button!!

                      I also have this machine DSn620/D120/Aficio 2020. It wont print no matter how many times i try. No matter what drivers i use. Tried the ps printer and it began printing endless weird characters on almost a ream of paper. What do i do please help.

                          Are you printing from Mac? Does the machine have PostScript option installed? (If this machine even has that option). If not then you can't print from Mac or from PS driver.

                              am using windows xp and i have downloaded all the xp drivers from their site. please let me know how to apply them and make the printer functional. thanx in advance.
