Installed recently at customers and occasionally throws a SC624. Changed the paper tray unit and problem still happens. Changed cable connecting paper tray to main machine and still the same. Finally I changed the power supply unit and the problem was solved. 2 months later and the problem came back. I disconnected the paper tray unit and the problem does not come back. The customer wants the tray to work and I do not know where is my problem. Any help please.

BICU board or just line noise from outlet.
I would put my money on outlet.
Anything else plugged in with copier? Shredder, refrigerator, coffee pot or anything with a heater or motor will cause line noise.Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it? -

After your suggestion I changed the BICU but the problem stillappear. Regarding the noise from the outlet, the SC624 was coming also when themachine was in my laboratory and connected to another outlet before the supplyof the copier to the customer.Comment
