i have problem with feeder.copying from scanner stable long edge or short edge .paper shifted in to quarter.in short edge shift is very little. but in longe edge paper up to quarter unseen. any clue.

Check the df hinges, if they are loose or not adjusted properly you will get skew or registration problems.
Also, make sure the size sensors on the df input tray are clean. If they are dirty, the machine will not sense the original document's size correctly. Those are reflective sensors, they shouldn't work that way, but for some reason they do.Comment
