        Try, User: email address
        password: Welcome1

then reset password - worked for me (after i figured out it wasn't the same as my 'new' login at Learning Center)
        Good Luck!

It uses the corporate e-mail address that they have on file instead of tech ID now.

I really hate the way ricoh thinks the ned to screw with everything and disrupt everyone.

You can also try "ricoh" and "1stpass=" both all lower case as your password.

Anything that actually works at Ricoh... count on them "fixing" that.

By "fixing it", do you mean completely fucking it up?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                      Hit it.

                        Bingo!!!!!

SSO my ass. Now we have a separate log in for TSRC and Learning site.

Best I can suggest is have your service manager look up on the Learning site and see what email address ricoh has for you on file. We are all on the @businessname.com email except for one tech which is still on his personal email for some reason. I had to log him in under that and use the "Welcome1" password and then reset the password. I have email the SSO team to fix his email to a corporate address, but have had no luck with a response as of yet

Actually, I would say that's putting it mildly.

so after two days of waiting for Ricoh response I find out that the e-mail address our company has on file was not spelled correctly. So how do I reset my password now. The e-mail Ricoh is sending with the new temp password will never get to me. They have left no way to correct the problem except a call from the Manager for assistance.

What would you reccomend from this point?
