    SAVIN CLP340D/RICOH SPC820: toner pumps

is it possible for all 4 toner pumps to be bad?

when trying to do the 5-804 output check mode for each pump, there is no response. The different clutches make regular noises when in the output check mode.

I believe at 1 time the person was running aftermarket toners in at least 2 of the toner positions.

At the moment, it has a ? symbol in the yellow toner.

The black PCU life is getting low and black is faded sort of grey most of the time.

Yes it's possible, especially if they ran aftermarket toner. However not likely that all four failed at the same time. Aftermarket toner in Ricoh color boxes is a really bad idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ? for yellow, the machine doesn't know if the toner was ricoh or independant supplier or it can't read the volume of toner in the cartridge.
