Out of curiosity, what exactly has he changed with these settings to fix his problem ? Does a similar fix work for other models. Had a "please wait" occasionally pop up on a DSM620, and when I looked for the HDD to disconnect I found that it doesn't have a HDD. Its behaving lately but I expect it sometime to rear its ugly head again.
I believe this happens only for Martini models as i have faced a few times myself. I usually do these settings when the morning sickness problem occurs.
