[Misc] Aficio 3010 , scan to email

Where I can see a detailed description of the scan error? SCANED FILE STATUS button on touchpanel gives only information about the successful or failed termination of the process, but doen't give specific reason of the failure. thanks

Log into WIM, check scan transaction log.

Either print out NIB summary or check system log in WIM.
It will tell you if it is a connection error or authentication failure.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
