Ricoh Mp201spf loud clicking noise

Hello, i was checking a ricoh Mp201 thats making a loud clicking noise and is not producing clear prints.
I have checked the fuser and i see no problems with it. I have noticed that when u press on the right door the noise stops and the machine prints proper. Can anyone help with this issue and whether there is a fix for this problem.

yea agree . Transfer roller bushing failed. . i bet if you push the door the noise stops......

100% agree. Have seen this many times in the past. Either replace the bushing or the whole transfer roller assy depending on PM cycle

also look at the blue one way gear for the duplex on the side door that will cause the same issue

I've had one cracked and yesterday one that just popped it's gears. A drop of silicone oil on the bushings works pretty good too.
