[Error Code] MPC4501 SC 547

Hi guys,

has anyone come across SC 547 zero cross error in this machine,it talks about lamp relay circuit or power supply not sufficient,it beats me as the power line is fine and power supply board seems to be fine,

please help!

hello,i've replaced the power supply and the ih inverter to no avail,its popping a sc 552 and 547,i have checked the fuser unit warms up checked the thermistors found ok,

any ideas?
