    Ricoh 3228c dark color copies

    Hi to everyone,
I have a problem with my copier. When i print or make a copy (color) the colors on the document are not right.
They are too dark.(dark brown, dark red,etc...)I've made color calibration and still nothing.
The drum units are in good condition.
    Any suggestions?

Change the voltages in SP 2. Drums. And DEV Bias.
Change in the driver to "economy mode"

You need to be technician about RICOH,
In the mode SP -> Clear/modes+1+0+7+Clear/stop
          Type SP 2 Drum.

                Ok.
The problem is(after a closer look) that it prints green in differents areas of photograph.
I've printed each color separately cmyk and the colors are printed good.
But there is a litlle green in there.
I think the copier prints more yellow and cyan than it really needs.
                Any suggestions?

This can be anything. Bad drums, development units (Drums en DV-units last for 60k), dirty polygon mirror motor, dirty mirrors in the laser unit, dirty laser shielding glasses, or even a bad printer driver.

Ive seen similar results as this when a customer forces the front door shut when the transfer lever is flipped to the left (breaking or bending the tab on the front door that is supposed to prevent the door from shutting with lever in wrong position).
Have you made single color copies of a test chart to see if each color has good fill? Try the black also, as I suspect it is the tranfer lever.
Changing the dv bias voltage etc. will not affect copies unless process controll is turned off, however it is probably not the best choice to go tweaking these without knowing the root problem.
