    [Error Code] SC542 on Pro906EX

Hi, I've got an intermittent SC542 on a Pro906EX it always clears after entering SC mode on/off and can be ok for anywhere between a 1-7 days after resetting,I've replaced the Thermistor/Upper fuser roller/cleaning web and web roller so far, any ideas?

check the connection at the back where the fuser connects [the contacts] also your heater lamps

Yes have had the lamps out and visually checked them and with the cover off their all working correctly, have had a look at the connector on the back of the fuser and it looks ok,now thinking maybe when the customer is pushing the fuser in after a jam etc that for whatever reason its not locating properly although I've tried to replicate the fault and not managed to! (although yesterday I did give the frame the fuser sits in a tweak). The copier is used by about 20 different people so trying to find out exactly what happens before the code appears is difficult.
