i do have a tech id
but was laid off 7 years ago so i started my own repair company
i am in metro detroit area
i am sharp direct authrozied so i can help on the sharp end

Sadly, nothing can be acquired for free, at least not from most of us. You can try asking Paul, if he hasn't or can't get them you could try requesting access to (*gasp*) My-Ricoh. If you still have access to a corporate email address this may be the better option.

i am more than willing to pay for access
it is what $125 per tech
i do have my own corporate email but i am not a ricoh dealer just sharp
