    [Error Code] MP7500 - SC611, SC621 and SC955 logged and machine reboots

Can happen twice a day or it could go a day without anything logged. Since this is one machine amongst 3 others and this is the one doing it, I ruled out power supply problems. Already replaced most boards between machines, but still no avail (although I didn't replace everything yet).

Anyone ever had one of these happen? Hints are welcome.

    Cheers!

SC611 ADF communication problem, I have had several cables go bad where they are clamped to the machine
SC621 Finisher communication problem, same thing, bad cables
SC955 could be software or motherboard but it can also be caused by a bad ADF cable

        Good luck.
Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?

Uhm 611 it's a bad connection between adf and bicu
621 it's a bad connection between sorter and bicu
Try to disconnect adf and sorter also replace the bicu
          Good luck

            Thanks all for the tips.

Reflashed all of the firmware and swapped bicu with another machine.

            Will keep you posted!

Although I'm not the one who ultimately solved this problem, I think my colleague did it by replacing the two memory DIMMs on the vertical board (the one where the controller board connects to).
