    I would not do a ram clear on color box. It's a bitch to input the color registration values. I would recommend the following:

    1.Update the latest firmware.
    2. Delete the old print driver on the computer and reinstall it with the correct driver for mpc4500
    3. Check the the font in printers feature of the copier for size 10

      seen that before, we changed the driver to pcl 6 with windows 7 and configured port within the driver to lpr from raw and issue was corrected

        That could explain why I never saw that happening - alhtough we usually use PCL5 drivers, we always use raw printing.

          I went to account and changed the drivers to PCL6 lpr on the 3 Win 7 64bit computers. Time will tell. Thanks for the suggestions guys

            At least when I took the core basics class five million years ago, they always recommended setting up drivers LPR. I've done that fairly dutifully and no real issues in doing it. Plus it works on everything: Mac, Linux, PC, etc.
