    Problem with ScanRouter Lite V2 - The logon user and the Administrator do not match

    I install successfully The ScanRouter Lite V2 program on my win 7 ultimate 64 bit computer, but i have a problem when i click "Resume Serveces" it notices that "Unable to start the dilivery serve since the logon user and the administrator set for the serve do not match. Log on again with your correct user name". My Ricoh Aficio 2020D still get IP of this computer and i can scan documents but it doesn't come to folder i set on the computer.

    Anybody help me !!!

    I'm pretty sure that Scanrouter won't work on that platform, and indeed is no longer supported.

      You could try running it in XP compatability mode, but as daveyball says, it probably won't work. Upgrade your machine to something that doesn't use steam to power it or use scan to email.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Thank you very much, i'm trying install it with win 7 32 bit, it still worked few day ago and i've just installed win 7 64 bit after the computer died 'cause virus haizzz
