[Error Code] Ricoh SP C420DN 91:Error

I have a problem with a printer in my office... Is the Ricoh SP C420DN, whem i want print it works, but after 20 minutos or less, it dont print... In the print scream says "waiting print job" and after "canceling print job".... I print a error log and see 91: Error... The printer is conect using USB... I need to print to usin Google Cloud Print, but when I print It's the same...

If you can help my, you save my jaja becouse I need this print to facturing.

Try downloading(and instaling) the latest driver and try different(possibly new) cable
