3025 fax sc990

today i installed a fax board on a 3025. after about 40 seconds i got an sc 990. this happens evrytime i turn off and on the machine. without the fax board it works fine. this is the 3rd fax board we tried and does the same thing everytime.

updated the fax firmware and other firmware. any ideas??

Is the dip switch on the fax board set correctly? There should be a switch near the battery to flip when installing: been awhile since I've done an add-on install so I may be wrong on the newer machines.
