    backup doc server to pc.. its possible!?

    Hi,

    i have some machines with lots of documents in doc server and some of them the HD is full already. its possible to make backup of the files to pc!?

      Depending on the model you'll need the File Format Convertor option.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          most of the machines are 3025, 3030 and only one is 2045.

              All of those will more than likely need the file format converter option installed to allow transfer of the documents from the proprietary Ricoh format to PDF.
