Cant find this in the manual, does the machine have an LCT on the right hand side? If so, remove paper, power cycle machine and put paper back in.

Although this would be obvious as you wouldnt be able to use it.

It's a problem on lct tray

From what I could find looks to do with tray lift of tray 4 - so yes LCT.
