Scan-to-Win XP I was doing before, but now I can not scan to Win7 Can you please help me

This machine will require a firmware update to scan to Windows 7.

Exactly and tell them not to upgrade to Win8 or they will need Another firmware upgrade. SMB3.0

If firmware is not available to you. Scan to FTP is a good reliable alternative with any OS.

I had the same problem with a mp 6500, I updated the firmware and ready. Windows 8 does not work you should expect a new firmware

There won't be an updated firmware for MP6500, it uses the 05A controller which won't be updated. Same goes for AF2075, which uses an older 04A controller. Unless Ricoh change their mind. (Very unlikely).
