Ricoh MPC4500 not selecting the right paper sorce or size

Hello everyone i have an MPC4500 thats only selecting A4 and not the other paper sizes. I can see all the sizes on the lcd but when ask to print letter it prints A4. Anyone with this problem can you share any information.

Is auto continue enabled? This will make the machine ignore any paper size settings and go to the next available tray.

You're switched to metric You need to change to standard.

Question ! where is auto enabled located ? am not sure where.

had df size senosr bad was only copying a3 paper
also in paper settings u can tell the machine the paper size in drawer and turn off auto paper size detec

Auto continue is in User Tools / Printer Features / System tab

if it is happening when printing is it happening in microosoft office or another application. within office depending on version there is an option under tools, options, print and default tray. could be in page layout and size some other applications could be under page setup. Some print applications will over ride the printdriver.
