When printing paper counter or any paper noted that after the exit of the paper there bending by 2 centimeters and as if pressed paper and writing be replaced bending, but inside there is no bending writing

I'll take a shot at this. It sounds like the problem happens in the aligning or registration roller area, what with the no print part. I'd first make sure the paper was loaded correctly in the drawers and is in good shape, and then check that the aligning or registration rollers and nearby paper guides are in good shape as well.
