i have ricoh 2020d with print and scan option , i can make print on it but dont know how to scan to pc
plz if any one can teach me how to instal the scan on pc, win 7

You cannot scan to Windows 7 from this model. Scan to email is going to be your best option.

You CAN NOT scan to pc with this model of copier, it will have to be scan to email, just use customer email settings and give copier a name like scanner@copier.com.
