RIcoh af 2020 error sc982 was working ok until installed faxprint scanner module from ricoh 2015 wit ths error. Is there any way to reset this?

The same kit was used for both models. If it's a NA machine you might try changing sp5 807 1 to 2.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again.
