[Error Code] Ricoh Aficio MP C4000

I have a user who is trying to change the properties of the printer and gets an error message saying:- Please enter a valid password.
We have 50+ users using this printer and it works perfectly for all of them, execpt one. Every time they click on the tabs along the top, "Paper", Print Quality" etc.. this warnign message pops up.

Has anyone else come across this before?

What operating system are they using?

Everyone is using Windows 7 64bit, and the printer is installed on a Server 2008 R2 box. Everyone gets the print driver from that server.

Try installing the driver locally either direct IP or through hostname. If the problem persists there could be permissions problem within that install of Windows, if it doesn't it is most likely a domain problem. In either case, it isn't anything to do with the copier, so this is for their IT department.
