Good afternoon folks, we have an spc240 with the code SC690, the manual has very limited info, Ricoh support can only suggest replacing the engine board. I wonder if any of you in travels have come up against this machine fault, any resolutions, and if this machine is badged by other manufacturers, i don't ask much, but thank you for your time in advance, many thanks
