MP C3300 Skewed Printout

I am experiencing problem with an MP C3300 where the print/copy comes out skewed.
I have tried replacing ID sensor and also force alignment but the problem still occurs, not so skewed as before.
what seems to be the problem.?

the print/copy comes out skewed, no matter b&w or color...
i did suspect the registration is out, but paper went up straight..
