    SCREEN NOT WORKING

    I need some help I have a sp c820DN copy version and the screen is not working I have changed the screen,bcu board,iob board and the connector from the screen to the bcu. I have tested the connector and I am getting 5v only on the output not the input can anyone help me with this problem or give me any advice on what to check or do I will much appreciate it thanks in advance

      24v line popped on the power supply? happens on the copiers when they are switched off and on too quickly
