[Misc] nashuatec 3527td making blank copies

hello

newbie and trying to fix problems for my machines ,
i have a nashuatec 3527td and when i tryng to make copies , always doing blank copies , i checked the toner and half full
i tested with a copy on the scan and blank
so 1/ I would like to know how to do a test copy for see if its the scan problem too ??? how i can do that
2/ the drum can be the problem ? on the manual nothing at all about that , very bad SM my god , all is doing for call the technician


have some idea about could be the problem or this copy machine is so old than better to though to the garbage

It's a 1995 model, and it's an analog machine - not digital, so I'm not sure what you mean about "test copy" and "Scan".
I wouldn't waste 5 minutes, or $5 on it ( and I've already wasted 2).

Hi,
You will have to test the machine with the front door open. Use a screwdriver to activate the Front Door Safety Switch. Stop the copy process(remove the screwdriver) when the paper reaches the OPC drum and check if there is an image on the drum. If no image: check the DRUM CHARGE and if there is an image,check the IMAGE TRANSFER & PAPER SEPARATION.
