    Savin C3528 service mode

Looking to do a full factory reset and install new Hard drive.

    1. How do you enter the service mode from the control panel?
    2. Is it hard drive model specific or will any that fit work?

Trust me, I don't think you "really" want to do a full factory reset, and with ALL due respect, if you're asking how to enter SP mode, you are in no way qualified to do all that's involved in one.
You might be holding the dynamite, but I'm not going to be the one to give you the matches
As for the HDD - standard 3.5" IDE

Do yourself and the customer a favour and do NOT - I repeat do NOT - do a factory reset on this machine!

Now..... If I were in a mischievous mood I'd probably tell you.... But having to go out to machines on more than one occasion after an end user has gotten hold of this info and used it. My advice to you is, unless you are up for a whole lot of ball-ache, don't even go there. It's not big and it's not clever.... point made?
