Why not post your question 1 more time? I always find the 3rd post for the SAME PROBLEM is the best.

This information is not difficult to come by. Before you begin, please realise that you can damage your machine by using SP mode. On most Ricoh's the SP mode is recorded, so if you shouldn't be in there, don't go in.

Enter SP mode with the usual:

Yellow key, 1, 0, 7, red key held for a few seconds.

Enter 1 for Copy Sp, navigate to SP5 (Mode) then execute SP5-810. If it is completed, reset the machine.

If the number reappears then you will need to rebuild/replace/check the fuser, for that you will need a tech and/or service manual. No exceptions.

To reiterate: Do not use the SP mode if you are not sure what you are doing, you are on your own, we won't fix what mistakes you make, and your service company (if you are an end-user and have one) will charge you for damaging your machine.
