mpc 7500 light copies

I'm getting light copies in black. I rebuilt the black pcu with drum blades wax cw's developer. Bias plates on pcu are all in place. It' not bold enough on the print side and if I make a copy of the print it gets lighter. So I have to bold up the print and I'm hoping its a sp setting for the scanner. Optics and lasers r clean too. Help appreciated. Thanks

Make sure your firmware is 1.06:06 or newer. Check your sp3561 and make sure it's 8.5% or higher. If it is run image density correction under manual procon and then run full music. If it's below 8.5% you have an issue with your toner concentration in your developer. Run sky shots/ manually add toner until sp3561 is at the correct level.
