[Electrical] pro c901, sr5000 gone !!!

Hello

setup : Pro c901, sr5000,gluebinder and plok matic.

The sr5000 is only displayed on copier, when plok matic is on !!!

we tried to connect the sr5000 direct on the copier.....can not see the finisher.
Finisher tested on another copier....work fine.

tried without luck : new io board, bcu board, new nv ram with old data, format hdd, finisher board
reinstall firmware.

Help !!!

hey mate,
check kickplate on plocka, there is a small box there that has a sencor that arm slides into sometimes it gets stuck,......other than that maybe cable to sorter from plocka..........

I know the "Dock sensor" on the plok matic.

We had tried the finisher direct on the copier....still Not displyed on copier.

Have you tried taking the Perfect Binder out , maybe theres something wrong with that.....

Yes....only finisher is now connected to the copier......same problem ?

I will change a power supply, and hope it help !

We had the finisher interface cable shit itself on one of them a few weeks ago, maybe check that to mate....😁

Maybe you have a problem with fiery, you have a poorly installed patches

Fixed by replace the finisher, with an used one.

But the faulty finisher work fine on an B/W. ??!

You have installed the wrong firmware on the SR5000

There is different firmware for both production B&W and Colour for that finishing option

more than likely fried the board on the finisher
