    firmware hookup

    Hey guys

I/we used to be a Gestetner dealer years ago, but after they killed that brand name and there was already multiple Lanier, Savin, and Ricoh dealers in town selling Ricoh products, we decided to fly solo. I have used this site many times in the past with great success and even contributed a few times... like the sourcing and replacing of control panel lamps. Being a Ricoh trained tech I use to have access to Ricoh tech web stuff, but got cut off a couple years ago. Now I am running into some firmware issues and need some help.

Can someone hook me up please... I have recently hit the wall and just need some firmware updates for SMB scanning issues!!! If you can help, PM me and I will give you my email address.

    Thanks guys

I used to charge more, but I thought that $75 was too high. I give discounts for multiple purchases as well.

Paul's prices on firmware are more than fair. If it were me I would charge double. Just Manuals will save ur' a--.

I am not complaining, and I think it's great that Paul makes these available to bonehead independents like me.
