Hi,
I've now got a couple of customers who have complained about this so I thought that I'd ask the question.
The printer drivers are installed on a Windows Server 2008 box and shared to Windows 7 PCs, on one site manually and on the other via a logon script. However, periodically the users are being prompted to allow the driver to be updated despite the fact that nothing has been altered.
Does anybody have any idea why this is and how to stop it? I'm fairly sure, having googled it, that it's a Microsoft issue with a GP workaround.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
