Look at the siting of the machine and the environment as this is a probable cause as first thing in morning !Try running The fuser temp in 105-9 at a value of 90 rather than default of 60 this means it will run at 10dgrs higher for 90 secs on start up rather than 60 secs.Worth a try ?JohnUk

We've had some of these issues also, all in colder months. Some places cut the heat back at night and the machine cools to that temp, preventing it from warming up in time.

Also check the thermistors for build up and hot roller for wear.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

turn fusing idle on, and if possible extend the warm up time.Might also need firmware upgrade.

Upgrade SBCU firmware to ver 3.23 or newer, and set SP1103 to 2.

            Hello

We had the same problem but only with non original Fusing Roller, and normally only on Lanier machines. With original Ricoh parts we had no problem.
