    Zero cross error.
    Congratulations! Either:
    1) You pinched a wire.
    2) Customer has bad power(You probably pinched a wire)
    3) Bad power supply(Are you sure you checked your wires?)

You know you have to 5810 an A level code, right? Turn the main switch off then on, Set SP5-810 to 1, then turn the machine off then on again.

Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

Sorry to tell you this but these newer machine need a complete fuser unit and use SP5810 -2. This is a new reset code but must have a new fuser unit or slow blow fuse to reset it. There are ways to do this on this site but I haven't tried any.

I have had this code on a pro c901. The cause was the circuit breaker on the back of the machine, was set to off.

                    JROJAS,

I fixed the problem by replacing a power supply board.
