When I execute SP-7504 on a Ricoh Aficio 2035, is it safe to say that the sensor with the most misfeeds is the one causing the misfeeds? Thank you for any help given.

That is not a good assumption, particularly with that model. Give us more info on your symptoms. -
Re: Ricoh 2035 Intermittent Misfeeding
should say on the right hand of the 5990 logging data where the jams are happening.... its a "pointer" to where the jams are happening you could have 50 power on jams and it dont mean its when machine is powered on it could be bridge switches....
on a side note i have 1 more of these dogs to upgrade in the field thank god lolComment

Re: Ricoh 2035 Intermittent Misfeeding
If the customer is not changing paper orientation and not changing the dial to match, then I would look at fuser exit sensor, cleaning my vertical relay rollers, checking the feed and sep roller and feed clutch. If I am understandfing your jam locations correctly, it is a timing problem and cleaning should take care of or it could be paper hitting the finisher entrance guide(if attached). Hope this helps!!Comment

Re: Ricoh 2035 Intermittent Misfeeding
Customer says that basically paper is stopping throughtout the copier; I could not duplicate. I checked the jam by location SP and there were 3 that had the most misfeeds: exit entrance sensor[66]; transport sensor[61]; 2nd pf sensor[45]; at power on[39]; and 3rd pf sensor[33]. Thanks!!!

When you tried to duplicate the issue did you happen to try to do any duplex copies? On this series machine it is very common for the junction gates to "stick" causing erratic jams, as it does not stick all the time. There are silencing pads (we call them ) so the accuator arms for the gates operate quieter when the soleniod is energised. When these pads age, and from fuser heat, they become sticky causing the gates to stick.
Remove the pads ( there is one one the front side and one on the rear side of machine ) making sure there is no sticker left, and all will be good if this is your issue.
With the fuser removed you can manually operate the gates to see if they stick in rest position.Comment
