    Ricoh 2020d destination list

    Hi, All. I have a 2020 getting ready to go to a customer for copy and fax use. Can I turn off the "updating destination list has failed" indication? It will just confuse the customer if left on. I scanned through the SP modes, but didn't see a way to do it. Thanks

      Yes, it's in user tools.
      I believe it's just UT/ System / File transfer / delivery option / "OFF"

      It might be slightly different navigation, but 'delivery option" is what you're looking for.
