[Error Code] SC-997 on Nashuatec MPC 2551

Dear Specialists,

I am facing a problem with Nashuatech MPC 2551 , frequently i am getting SC-997. In that particular customer all machines (40 +) equipped with EQUITRAC PCC_4.1.0 , Some of the machines having the same issues. This problem is happening , after login into the PCC while pressing the copy option the machine is hanging ( white screen). After restarting the MFP it will work for some time and there is no exactly meant time between failure .Then i changed the firmware of the MFP D1055501D,D1055730K,D1055739C,D1065737C, even though i am getting the same. Kindly assist me to resolve this issue.

Can you view logs on control panel?

I have had this a fair few times.

Firstly update the java card to the latest version which is 7.21

Then reinstall PCC and configure device.

If you still find it happens, you will need to replace the java card
