    [Misc] MPC6501SP, LCT RT4000 and Custom Size papers

    I'm ripping my hair off my head trying to figure this one! I can't believe that the customer can't specify a custom paper size to print - the only place where I see custom sizes mentioned is on SP mode (SP5040 and SP5041) - which, if this is the place, is unbelievable that I need to tech the customer how to enter SP mode to change the custom paper size!

    Help please!

      Solved! SP5112 to 1 to enable Custom Paper sizes on any tray besides Bypass.
