Hello the machine Im working intermittently locks up. The machine works fine for awhile then the customer will try to make a copy, fax or scan and nothing will work! The customer says if they reboot the machine everything will start working again! The only thing I did was removed the side cover and reset that memory chip on the controller, not sure if that's extended memory or fax memory. any suggestions would be great!
