LD370 Tandem Tray "popping" when shifting paper

I have a LD370 that started popping or knocking when shifting paper from left to right tray. I inspected belt and gear. Replaced motor and noise quit for a few days, but now has returned.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

One of the gears will be rounded out. Just replace all three as a set.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

The Belt drive pulley, for the left deck paper backstop is cracked and the drive shaft is spinning inside the pulley.

I bet it will get quiet if you only put 1/2 a ream of paper in it.... But it is a 2 dollar part..
