Switched to 0 and it was TIFF then switched it back to 1 and still forwarding as a TIFF. Checked Fax Features-Initial Settings-Email Settings and Folder Settings and both were on. According to the manual, on page 1718 it says "
does that mean it will only email in TIFF when fax forwarding is on?
I do know that if you are forwarding to a folder, its not an issue really. Go in there, switch the bit and bodda bing bodda boomb, it sends it to the folder PDF/TIFF, which ever one you choose. It seems that forwarding to email is TIFF only...
I called ricoh after looking at Knowledgebase and GG and they couldnt even give me a solution. I have also updated the firmware to the latest and greatest.
Here is the funny part, when they get the fax, THEY PRINT IT OUT ANYWAY!!!! Why don't they just have it print in the first place? Because i think its a conspiracy and they are trying to make our lives just that much more difficult.......Anyway, any suggestions would be nice.....have a wonderful day!!!!!!
