Hi i have a mpc7500 giving sc488(waste toner transport lock)i have cleaned all waste coils and tested them all turn freely but the
^{error will not reset}

There is a motor that provides drive for the ptr unit and the waste toner horizontal auger. The motor is monitored by an encoder wheel and sensor. This sensor gets dirty and can throw a sc488. From the back of the machine, swing the controller / vbcu box out of the way. The motor is located behind the two boards near the middle.
