A coworker is having this issue: A Ricoh 2051 goes to Ready normally. A copy or print job will start normally, then machine basically freezes say after 15 or so pages print normally, op panel says copying or printing, main motor continues to run, and will stay that way, does not go to a SC code. You can use the scanner while it is in this condition. He has replaced the HDD, IPU, power supply, firmware updates are current, etc. Anyone else run into this issue? The helpdesk basically repeated what the manual says (big help, we can read the manual). The only board I can think of that he hasn't replaced yet that could cause this issue would be the controller. Any ideas?

I think Controller Board is Issue for the mention problem, So please check with Machine controller Board, also you can check Machine earth (ground) Connection.Comment

Re: Ricoh 2051 Lockup Issue
I've had similar on another model, but in my case replacing the HDD fixed mine. If I was you, I'd check the DIMMs and I'd also be looking at the controller. As a last resort print off the non defaults and do an NVRAM clear.Comment
