That is weird. Turn off auto tray switching and see what happens. Did this happen after a feed unit was worked on/removed?

Sounds like more than just a pinched wire. The pickup roller drops down, grabs the sheet and the paper feed clutch is engaged to drive paper out of tray 1 while at the same time feeding out of tray 2? I don't recall the exact board lay out for this machine but I would try replacing the board that controls paper feed for trays 1+2.

Had the same with an Aficio 1224 some 5 years ago. There was a wire from one of the clutches in contact with ground.

I swear I've heard somebody on our team had this before, can't be sure though. Dodgy fax kit rings a bell, try uninstalling the fax kit. Have you tried swapping over the feed stations?

Because the magnetic cluth (AX200289) of tray 1 is always on contact
Remove tray 1 and tray 2 completely ans put 5-804-50 in maintenance mode to see it
                    Any roller don't must turn.

Just remembered having a machine where the paper height sensor (or actuator) was faulty, so paper would feed from alternate stations, page 1 - tray 1 page 2 - tray 2 and so on.

The Cover or Slip Tray in user tools under paper settings are not turned on are they? If the slip is turned on and pulling from tray 1 between sheets, that could be an issue...
But I cleaned the scan glass.......
