Aficio 220 Fax Questions

I have some questions about a Ricoh Aficio 220. The fax option is installed, however I'm having a hard time finding out how to change the Fax header infor(What the headers will say the fax is from). Also, is there anyway to change the amount of rings the machine will hear before it picks up the line to receive the fax?
