I just started with a new company and they have a Rocoh Aficio 3035 that I am setting up and testing. The machine seems to work, but the issue is that the touch panel seems to lose its calibration after a bit. I recalibrate through the self-test menu and it works great for a bit, but as I use it I have to touch lower and lower on the screen to hit the button I actually want, and when the button is on the bottom of the screen it becomes impossible to hit it. I've had to recalibrate 3 times in the past hour. I've read that these machines have problematic touch screens, and wanted to know if the issue I am experiencing could be resolved with a replacement touch panel. I'd like to approach my supervisor about fixing this machine if at all possible rather than purchasing a whole new machine. Thanks!
